CRSVR reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The policy applicable at the time of purchase will govern your order.
2. Return & Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery

Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted

Unused, unworn, unwashed

In original condition

With original tags, packaging, and invoice intact

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Important)
To process any complaint related to:

Damaged product

Incorrect product

Missing item
An uncut unboxing video is mandatory.
Unboxing Video Guidelines

Record in a well-lit area

Clearly show the shipping label
-
Show the sealed package from all sides
-
Open the package on camera (no cuts)

Display all items received and highlight issues clearly
Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video.
Claims without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.
If the package appears tampered or damaged at delivery, do not accept it. Take photos and email us within 48 hours.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling

5. Exchanges

Unboxing video (mandatory for damage/incorrect/missing items)
Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
7. Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping

Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable (usually within 72 hours)

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship using a reliable courier

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless:

8. Refund Policy
